At Tru Ninja Penrith in Sydney’s west, you’ll have the chance to discover if you have the physicality and determination needed to call yourself a ninja.
Here, you’ll need to draw on all your speed, strength and balance to run, jump, climb, crawl, hang and swing your way across a range of obstacles. There are oversized stuntman airbags, a jump tower and even a warped wall for you to test yourself against.
Tru Ninja caters for most age groups: there’s even a Mini Ninjas Playgroup for children five years old and under (foam pits and a gentle set of small obstacles). Sen sessions are designed for those with more special needs: in a quiet environment (no flashing lights, no music), people of varying abilities get the chance to work on their fitness and confidence.
Not only is the experience a whole ton of fun, but regular ninja workouts can also help improve psycho-motor skills such as balance and coordination and will assist in building overall strength and fitness.
The onsite cafe will help you refuel.
