Booking Window

Booking Windows ensure all Members have equitable opportunity to book accommodation at Club Property. They also assist in optimising the reservation process allowing longer stay holidays to be booked earlier than short stays, and to balance the availability of weekend with weekday stays.


  • 1 Week or More Reservations
    (seven or more consecutive nights)  Platinum, Traveller or Corporate Members can book 12 months or less prior to their Check-in Date; Gold Members 11 months or less prior to their Check-in Date; and Bronze and Silver Members 10 months or less.
  • 2 to 6 Night Reservations
    Book six months or less before your desired Check-in Date. Bookings that include a Friday and/or Saturday night must be part of a minimum four night consecutive stay. Friday and Saturday nights can only be taken as a two night stay if booked 45 days or less before the Check-in Date.
  • Single Night Reservations
    Can be booked 30 days or less prior to Check-in
