Accor Vacation Club is Australia’s first hotel branded holiday ownership club commencing operations in 2000, with over 28,500 Member families who enjoy holidays at 24 Club Properties. The Club’s operator is part of the Accor Group, the largest hotel group in the Asia Pacific region. Accor is a Group united by a shared passion for hospitality and driven by a shared promise to make everyone Feel Welcome. Accor Vacation Club head office is situated in Robina on the Gold Coast. With approximately 200 employees, we are dedicated to providing excellent service, not only to our members, but to our community and charities.

Accor Vacation Club has donated to charities by holding fundraising events. The money raised goes towards helping those in need, such as those affected by the New Zealand earthquake, Brisbane and South East Queensland floods and even organising a large team to help clean the flood effected areas. In the coming years, we will be following in the footsteps of our mother company, Accor, in implanting the Earth Guest policy. We are committed to preserving and growing the well being of the earth as well as preserving the planets resources.
