Fenians Irish Pub

Fenians, Perth’s original Irish pub opened its doors in 1986 with an authentic Irish atmosphere and through refurbishments and renovations, the original booths still remain. Taking its name from the 1876 elaborate escape of six Fenian prisoners as lead by John Boyle O’Reilly, a Fenian himself who escaped the Convict Establishment in 1869 now known as Fremantle Prison. Offshoot Coffee was established in 2018 and their roasting philosophy is simple – to source some of the most exclusive and unique coffees and roast them with great attention to detail. To achieve the most consistent results and a clean cup, their roaster of choice is a Loring S15 Falcon Smart Roaster. The Loring uses hot air as a form of heat transfer which allows for great consistency. The hot air energy is then recycled to reduce the CO2 emissions by up to 80 per cent, relative to other traditional roasting systems.
