Come and try hundreds of hot sauce flavours from all over Australia, and see how hot you can go, put your tastebuds to the test. There will be gardening tips, guest chef's will be cooking up some chilli treats and workshops throughout the weekend.
Plus, there is a a huge range of Chilli plants, food and produce, "Chill Out" with live music, local beer, wine and our spicy sangria. Kids games and activities, food trucks and artisan stalls.
