Xavier will host an intimate group around the winery to explain the process of their winemaking and talk about the importance of the Piccadilly Valley fruit and lees ageing.
They will conclude with a tasting which will include some special aged sparkling from the cellar. It will be both fun and educational! There are very limited places, so get in quick for this one.
After the masterclass, you are welcome to stay longer and join in for a picnic!
