Goodslice (formerly GoodLife) Australia’s first organic pizza bar opened in March 2003. In twenty years of operation, there have been several evolutions but the focus on select local organic pizza, wines and coffee has remained constant.
To source quality organic and local ingredients Goodslice maintains key suppliers from South Australia’s regional local farmer's markets plus an old favourite- Adelaide’s Central Market. “Using a smaller seasonal menu, focused primarily on pizza means we bring you the best of the best from a season or catch. And we have the flexibility to change specials depending on what our trusted suppliers bring in that’s interesting” believes Jake.
More recent menu additions include Vegan Zucchetti, a handmade organic Spaghetti range and raw organic salads.
Since 2003, Goodslice Pizza Natural have supported the South Australian wine industry with a full South Australian wine list. In 2013 they purchased a small vineyard in McLaren Vale, and have operated their own boutique wine label ‘Green Road Wines’ which produces two red wines ‘Happy Days’ and ‘Reincarnation’ which are sold nationally.
