Taught by head Chef - Alon Alazraki - who trained at Cordon Blue Sydney and is versed in many different cuisines - you will embark on a truly rewarding journey, visiting an amazing array of countries through food (Alon was born in Israel).
Continuing the 'hands on' experience - you will be cooking all these incredibly diverse dishes on domestic equipment so you can take everything you're learned and apply it at home.
