Nestled between Half Tide and Salonika Beaches is Grendon Park, named after the original owners of the land prior to its development. Facilities include toilets, picnic tables, shelter, barbecue and a playground.
It offers sweeping views of nearby Salonika Beach, two kilometres of sandy beach which is popular with local residents for swimming.
Fishing for Barramundi is popular, while bush turkeys and sea eagles are often spotted in the area.
During turtle nesting season, these nearby beaches are also a popular nesting location.
