Established in 2007, Majors Lane Cooking School is hugely popular with locals and visitors to the spectacular Hunter Valley region.
Majors Lane Cooking School offer fun, outdoor cooking classes on their 100 acre vineyard property. Their covered courtyard with splashing fountains, chilled music and sensational vineyard views, creates a unique relaxed outdoor cooking class environment for participants.
Their hands-on Chef-lead classes delve into much more than cooking techniques as Chef Ben shares his passion for food, culture and history.
A variety of classes are available such as Vibrant Thai Street Food and Low and Slow Smoking Brisket, Rib Smoking Masterclass and Greek.
Classes include a 2-hour lesson with lunch afterwards which can be enjoyed in their courtyard or to take home to share with your family.
Class sizes are limited so that plenty of one-on-one tutorial opportunities can be provided. Individual and group bookings are welcome and private classes for 6-24 participants can be arranged at a time to suit.
