Menus are completely custom designed to your event and budget, with packages including wilderness feasts, canape packages, grazing tables and intimate degustations. Based in Newcastle, the team caters regularly in the Hunter Valley, Nelson Bay, Sydney, and the Blue Mountains but can travel throughout NSW. Passionate about sustainability, the focus is sourcing produce directly, focusing on seasons, free-range meat, and wholegrains.
