Japingka Gallery, located on two floors of a heritage-listed warehouse in Fremantle's historic West End has over 3,000 Aboriginal artworks from around Australia. See major artists from the Central and Western Desert, Kimberley, Arnhem Land, Northern Queensland and other important art-producing regions.
The directors have worked with Aboriginal artists for over 35 years. Japingka is a member of the Indigenous Art Code and Aboriginal Art Association of Australia, ensuring fair trade and ethical sourcing of artworks. All their artworks are fully documented, including certificate of provenance, artist details and story of the artwork.
