BISTRO 1925’s name pays homage to the heritage of Cabra-Vale Diggers with the inclusion of the year in which the club was founded, soon to be celebrating 100 years at Canley Vale, honouring its rich history and culturally diverse membership.
Using fresh, high-quality ingredients, each plate is a masterpiece, meticulously crafted to deliver a symphony of tastes that leave a lasting impression. From small plates, designed to be shared, such as Baba Ghanoush, Smoked Labneh and SUJUK Flat Bread with spiced lamb & beef mince, zhoug salsa and lemon to more substantial mains including a 12hr braised lamb shoulder with pilaf rice, coriander & jalapeno salsa. There’s also a delicious selection of pizzas, pasta, burgers and much-loved classic bistro-style favourites including the 1925 Chicken Schnitzel or a Grain Fed Striploin.
