Woodburn Olives is a grove of 1100 trees composed of three Italian varieties, Frantoio, Lecchino and Pendolino, near Walla Walla, New South Wales.
They can supply oil in 250ml and 500ml bottles, and two-litre casks.
Oil in casks, where the oil is in an airtight bladder, keeps very well. It can be used over a longer period of time, as air, which is detrimental to the oil, cannot get to it.
