Wymah Organic Olives and Lambs are located in the granite country of Wymah Valley. The flock of wool shedding Wiltipol sheep and 3000 olive trees are set amongst old red gums overlooking the Murray River as it enters Lake Hume. Produce includes naturally fermented certified organic table olives, tapenades (olive pastes), extra virgin olive oil, lime and lemon fused olive oil and argumenta. They sell by the jar, the tub or the pallet.
In November of 2020 at the International Olive Awards, the Certified Organic Kalamata Table Olives not only won Best Table Olives in their class, Best Table Olives in Australia but also took out the very covetable Best Table Olives in the Southern Hemisphere and Northern Hemispheres!
The lamb is also sold to a variety of markets including cafes, restaurants, at farmers markets and to the public.
