Chef and owner PJ McMillan is passionate about creating simple, refined food with local produce. He loves nothing more than letting beautiful produce speak for itself.
The well-priced menu is perfect for grazing and sharing - from bar bites like corn, zucchini, pinenut, scarmoza arancini, to share plates like slow-cooked lamb, house-cured salmon and pork belly. Veg lovers will find their fix too, with an evolving array of stunning choices such as the famous spiced cauliflower, ras el hanout pumpkin puree and yogurt dressing, unmissable local buffalo haloumi and a truly unique collection of authentic pizzas made with hand-formed dough with an organic stone-milled flour base.
In an effort to reduce our carbon footprint, support local business and most importantly, drink fresh beer, all of our beers are brewed here in South East Queensland. The wine list consists of carefully selected, hand-crafted products from near and far, with a thoughtful nod to local winemakers.
