The award-winning cafe's vibrant modern Australian menu is brimming with seasonal produce sourced from local farmerss and businesses, and (except the coffee) is completely free from gluten, dairy and refined sugar. Led by chef Kurt Lovell and his extensive background in fine-dining, the venue is not a 'health food' cafe, but a surprising feast for the senses.
The space itself is bright, open and light-filled, overlooking hectares of nature reserve. Take a seat at the expansive window, on the breezy recycled-timber deck, or the large communal table inside - designed for catching up, community and connecting with the friendly kitchen team over the open pass.
Project Salubrious is open for breakfast, lunch and cake with friends 6 days a week, as well as special seasonal cooking classes and producers markets.
