Offering truly unique and authentic street food flavours, Phuc Deli-Viet has been serving customers from across Brisbane for the past 16 years. Both venues are fully licensed and offer a range of great beverages from wine, to beer and cider.
Only the freshest ingredients are used, sourced from local suppliers. Using purely Australian ingredients does not compromise on the traditional Vietnamese approach that Phuc Deli’s experienced chefs use. The dedicated team of chefs believe that creating delicious Vietnamese food is all about finding the right balance between yin and yang. Head Chef Johnny Tran has significant experience that extends to several of Brisbane’s renowned Vietnamese restaurants.
