Melbourne’s Chin Chin comes to Mona
Food-fiends, unite: Melbourne institution Chin Chin’s executive chef Benjamin Cooper is heading south to join forces with Mona’s Vince Trim for a couple of days of collaboration, experimentation, and darned good cookin’ at Mona.
On the Saturday night there’ll be a one-off dinner at The Source Restaurant, complete with back-vintage wines from Moorilla winery (presented by their head winemaker Conor van der Reest).
On Sunday, Benjamin and Vinnie will be setting up in the fires of the Heavy Metal Kitchen, slinging a combination of Mona and Chin Chin dishes that you can buy and eat at your leisure on the lawns while you take in some free music (and maybe a glass of something tasty, too).
