A cavernous, light-drenched bar / restaurant built into the museum and suspended over the river. Creative cuisine, James Turrell artworks close to hand, the possibility of someone playing an oud, extremely large windows, and so on. A la carte or four-course tasting menu for lunch; we take the wheel for dinner. Paired drinkies also available.
