Head chef and owner, Pepe Dart is excited by cooking with flames fuelled by Jarrah wood! The interesting flavours enhanced by open-fire cooking focused on using quality, local produce from here in Western Australia wherever possible. They don’t centre around one cuisine, they choose local produce complimented by open fire cooking.
All of their dishes can be adjusted to accommodate any dietary requirements/allergies. They also have a fully stocked bar (no BYO) and a carefully curated cocktail list.
