You can either visit the cellar door for a tasting, packaged refill or takeaways, otherwise, make a day of it by supporting the family-owned restaurant that specialises in a diverse menu incorporating flavours from around the world. Their ciders are brewed by friends with a shared love of cider, a commitment to quality and a passion for delivering a true grass-to-glass product. What started out as a concept amongst two friends Adam Casotti and Ross Catalano, Roleystone Brewing Co. was originally inspired by an oversupply of apples and a desire to brew and drink quality natural cider.
