Première Flex Program bookings: All reservations are subject to availability and block out periods set by the individual properties.
The Première Flex program is a Personal Benefit and is only available to Première Plus Members.
Premiere Flex has a 1 month to 6 month booking window.
One reservation of one room per membership at any time. All bookings must be made using Première Flex Points. To obtain Première Flex Points, you must convert your Première Points into Première Flex Points. There is a $50 conversion fee, payable at the time of conversion. This conversion is currently 1 Première Point to 1 Première Flex Point.
Once converted, Première Flex Points cannot be converted back to Première Points.
Première Flex Points can only be redeemed at the select group of accommodation within the Première Flex Program and for bookings of 7 consecutive nights. This accommodation is subject to change from time to time.
A booking fee of $50 per room per stay applies to secure your reservation. The Booking Fee is non-refundable. Any additional ‘extras’ must be paid at the time of booking your reservation.
Changes and amendments to a reservation are not permitted. Cancellations may result in a loss of Première Flex Points. No shows are treated as a cancellation.
