Emerald Creek Ice Creamery are manufacturers of premium ice cream and sorbet using local products where possible. They also make condiments such as jam, marmalade, relish and chutneys as well as fudge. Everything they make is produced on site and they support several local businesses by either using their produce in what they make or having their products on the shelves in the giftshop ranging from vanilla extract and honey to soaps and jewellery.
