With a nod to nostalgic Australian fish and chip shops and milk bars, Larrie’s is Merewether’s new takeaway and bottle shop serving up modern twists on Aussie beach snack staples.
The menu features old-school classics recreated using locally sourced produce and sustainably caught seafood: prawn skewers, barramundi wings, prawn toast, chip butties, potato scallops, pineapple fritters, fish tacos, fresh oysters, ice cream sundaes and, of course, traditional battered fish and chips.
Larrie’s is attached to the Merewether Hotel, offers dine-in and takeaway, and is open seven days a week.
