Be part of The Run Club in Darling Harbour, a free and active vibrant community for runners of all skill levels. Whether you’re taking your first steps in the world of running or a seasoned marathoner in seek of a new routine, come and get your heart rate up at The Run Club.
Every Monday morning, dive into an incredible workout, socialise and find out exactly what a runner’s high really is!
Each session will be led by a friendly and experienced trainer, starting with a warm up jog. The trainer will take you through drills to improve your runner technique, then follow up with some faster and short run ranging from 200 – 600 metres.
You'll have a dedicated running coach who will program a fresh workout every time. The coach will also help you with a specialised running technique and mindset advice to help you improve your performance.
Grab your running gear and join them at Village Green South in Darling Quarter every Monday.
