The award-winning urban craft distillery produces small-batch Australian Gin. With a deep respect for our history, environment and future, Hickson House distills the best that our land has to offer.
Hickson House dispenses distilling experiences, curated cocktails and matching menus with spirits distilled on site. The distillery’s stills and barrels sit alongside an impressive bar and dining space.
Hickson House is home to over 600 bottles from all around the globe, with a strong focus on Australian-made spirits, including hard-to-find whiskies, and of course our very own Hickson House Gin- the first of many spirits to be distilled at Hickson House.
The High & Dry Bar is our more intimate mezzanine cocktail bar, for up to 40 guests, that overlooks the main bar.
