Inspired by the neighbourhood bistros of Europe, Ursula’s is the first independent restaurant from ex-Rockpool Dining Group chef Phil Wood. The elegant eatery sits inside a two-story, corner terrace in Paddington, previously a longstanding home for food institutions Guillaume and Darcy.
Awarded two hats in the annual Good Food Guide, the refined menu gives a nod to Modern Australian comfort food, with dishes like mussel schnitzel, roast chicken, lamb with mint sauce and golden syrup dumplings.
