Michael Wilson, chef-patron of Michelin-starred Singapore restaurant Marguerite, returns to his hometown to collaborate with the acclaimed two-hatted O.MY restaurant. Joining forces with chef Blayne Bertoncello and maître d'hôtel Chayse Bertoncello, Wilson will join the Beaconsfield kitchen for a farm to table Sunday lunch and dinner.
