Sam Young, or ‘Big Sam Young’ as he’s known, offers exclusive private dining experiences in guests’ own homes or at holiday rentals. The chef is known for using luxurious ingredients for a truly premium dining experience, which is currently available for lunch or dinner on Sundays and Mondays.
There are three tiers to choose from, and the menu includes dishes such as the signature seafood platter, lobster pasta, woodfired wagyu rib eye steak, with additional add-ons of sea urchins, caviar, and foie gras available. The chef will travel anywhere in NSW, with some locations incurring a travel fee.
