Dry Martini is a bar in Chippendale dedicated to martinis: the classic and the espresso martini. From Grant Collins and Gin Lane Sydney, the bar combines London’s contemporary martini bar scene with the laidback atmosphere of Spanish tapas bars. The bar serves an extensive list of martinis (using original recipes from the ‘20s and ‘30s, including classic, espresso and fresh fruit editions) and runs a $10 happy hour. Bar bites include charcuterie, oysters, toasties and burgers.
