Every flavour is made with particular emphasis on the origin of the ingredients. Such importance is placed on the quality of their product, Messina even has their own dairy farm in Numurkah, VIC that supplies them with super creamy jersey milk, along with the strawberry farm in Dural, NSW and hazelnut farm in Seymour, VIC that is meant to substitute the current supply of tondi di gentili dele lange hazelnuts from Italy in five years' time.
They also make their own chocolate onsite using the highest quality single origin Ecuadorian cacao they can get their hands on.
