Dishes like Golden Gaytime French toast, maple bacon blini and fried chicken ‘narnie’ (a folded flatbread sandwich), have made Three Williams in Redfern one of Sydney’s favourite cafes.
It’s a large architecturally-designed space with lots of concrete set below street level, and is open for breakfast and lunch. Single Origin coffee is on the menu as well as breakfast cocktails and a short wine list perfect for a long lunch.
