Friday, 1st October 2021 - Sunday, 3rd October 2021Join the Mountain Cattlemen and their families for a fun-filled three day event at McCormack Park in Merrijig. Celebrate the High Country history and heritage of the cattlemen of the mountains with kid friendly activities, horse events, mountain horsemen races and challenges, bar, bush poetry, music and more. Campout at the venue or visit for the day - tickets available at the gate or pre-booked online. This is a family friendly event and MCAV encourages families and horse competitors to attend and help celebrate the traditional values and skills of the mountain families.

After a 'short pause' in 2020, the festival returns on the 19th June 2021 with neon light activations spread along the median strip, end to end. Located in the High Street of Mansfield, this is a fantastic family friendly outing for all ages. The festival begins at 5pm and continues until 9pm.
