    Referral Offer Terms & Conditions

    This offer is made by A.P.V.C. Holdings Pty Ltd as the Developer for Accor Vacation Club.

    To be eligible for this offer, the referred friend must not be a current member of Accor Vacation Club South Pacific and must satisfy all qualifying criteria. Both the referring Member(s) and the referred friend must attend and complete a 90-minute presentation on the benefits of the Club during the holiday stay.

    If the Member cancels their booking but the referred friend attends and completes the presentation, the Member will remain eligible to receive the referral gift. However, if the referred friend cancels, fails to attend, or does not complete the presentation, the referral gift will not be awarded.

    All offers and bookings are subject to availability. Friend stay bookings must be made by 1 September 2026, for travel between 1 May 2026 and 1 October 2026. Seasonal surcharges may apply.

    Failure by either the Member(s) or the referred friend to attend and complete the presentation for any reason may result in:

    • A penalty charge equal to the full retail cost of the accommodation
    • Forfeiture of any referral gift

    All offers are quoted in Australian dollars. Bookings at participating resorts are subject to the Club’s Guidelines, Regulations, and Product Disclosure Statement.

    This offer cannot be combined with any other promotion and is not valid for existing bookings.

    This offer is for accommodation only. Black-out dates may apply. Children’s age restrictions apply – children must be 0-11 years and children must use existing bedding. Mid week check-in is Sunday to Thursday. Weekend check-in is Friday and Saturday.

    Cancellation Policy
    Terms of cancellation are as per the Accor Vacation Club South Pacific Guidelines at MINI-VAC DOP | Accor Vacation Club. Should you cancel any eligible booking made outside of the cancellation periods, the full accommodation costs will be deducted from your account. Conditions apply.

    Accor+ Explorer card does not include complimentary 2 nights from Accor Plus. Card valid for 1 year only. Renewals are to be purchased direct through Accor Plus and include 2 free nights at additional cost.

    • Check the email of the sender by clicking on the sender name to see if they match / look suspicious. Accor Vacation Club emails will usually come from emails in the following format: firstname.lastname@accorvacationclub.com.au or firstname.lastname@travelandleisure.com
    • If the request is unexpected, do not provide personal, sensitive or financial information by way of clicking on links / downloading attachments
    • Look out for wording with urgency to lure you or make you panic.
    • Hover over links to check them (to see the real URL address behind the link)
