‘Amazing’ Sebel Pinnacle Valley Stay

We plan to reply to the feedback email and personally contact the resort but thought you should be aware of the “Amazing” care we received from all the Staff at the Sebel Pinnacle Valley during our recent stay there.

We plan to reply to the feedback email and personally contact the resort but thought you should be aware of the “Amazing” care we received from all the Staff at the Sebel Pinnacle Valley during our recent stay there. My husband was involved in Retail and introduced an “I Care “ programme within the Company, and had to admit your staff probably outshone his!

I am also involved in Sales and am mindful of quality of care. It was an absolute pleasure to be at Pinnacle Valley. I arranged a “secret”helicopter flight for Kevins birthday and one of the Staff – Scott – helped to keep the secret until it landed outside the restaurant.

We were there From Nov 17 for a week and are Vacation Club members. Had we not been part of this Club we most likely would never had visited this amazing area.
