Encore Package

Note: I accept all Terms and Conditions of the Encore Holiday Package, including (without limitation) the need to attend an Accor Vacation Club preview of approximately 60 minutes during your Encore Holiday Package stay.

I/We were given a fair opportunity to read and question the Terms and Conditions applicable to the Encore Holiday Package, including the consent and privacy provisions on the reverse of this form. I/We accept the Terms and Conditions and confirm that I/we will attend the Accor Vacation Club preview (if I/we do not, I/We may be charged a higher accommodation rate) and consent to be contacted as stipulated therein.

Guests may not travel within six (6) months of the purchase date. Upon completion of this six (6) month period, guests will have a twelve (12) month window in which to make a booking. Accommodation is limited to a Studio Apartment or One-Bedroom Apartment.
