Offer: The offer is based on a Classic/Studio room or 1 Bedroom Apartment for 2 adults and 2 children 11 years and younger using existing bedding. Accommodation offers are for consecutive nights only. Full payment is required at time of booking, and we accept Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club or American Express. Blackout dates, seasonal and special event surcharges may apply. Room upgrades and extra nights may be available on request and are subject to availability and at an additional cost. Where children are included in the offer, age limits may apply and children must use existing bedding. Flights, food and beverage, hotel car parking fees, transfer fees or transportation costs not included unless specified in writing. This offer is not transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other Accor Vacation Club offer. When this agreement is entered into by telephone, payment constitutes acceptance of the Terms and Conditions listed below. These written Terms and Conditions supersede any prior oral or written communication. To receive the subsidised accommodation rate and any additional rewards included in this offer, all confirmed guests (including your spouse/partner, if applicable) must attend and complete an Accor Vacation Club preview of approximately 90 minutes during your booked stay.

Details of Participation:

To enjoy this exclusive offer, you’ll need to meet the following criteria:”

  • Be a permanent resident of Australia or New Zealand;
  • Be currently employed and meet one of the following income requirements (proof may be requested):
  • A minimum combined household income of AU$140,000 for couples (married, de facto, or life partners); or A personal income of AU$140,000 if travelling as a single guest.”
  • Be comfortable communicating in English, both spoken and written.
  • Attend an Accor Vacation Club holiday ownership preview of approximately 90 minutes during your stay;
  • Be either;
    • A couple with at least one partner aged between 28 and 65 years; or
    • A single guest aged between 28 and 65 years;
  • Not be a current Accor Vacation Club member, an Accor Vacation Club employee, or an immediate family member of an Accor Vacation Club employee.

Please note: Only one Accor Vacation Club promotional offer is available per household in any 12-month period. Accor Vacation Club employees and their immediate families, current Accor Vacation Club South Pacific Club Members and persons who have attended a preview in the last twelve months are ineligible for this offer.

Children at Preview Sessions: Children of certain ages may not be permitted to attend the sales preview session or enter the sales deck. Guests must refer to their booking confirmation for the specific age requirements and restrictions applicable to their selected preview deck. If children travelling with the guests are unable to attend the preview session, suitable childminding arrangements must be organised by the guest at their own expense.

Confirmation: We will attempt to contact you approximately three (3) weeks prior to your scheduled check-in date to reconfirm your booking. If we are unable to obtain confirmation from you and no response is received at least seven (7) days prior to arrival, we reserve the right to cancel the booking, and no refund will be payable.

Preview: Preview attendees may be invited to apply for membership interests in the Accor Vacation Club ARSN 094 718 108 pursuant to the Accor Vacation Club Product Disclosure Statement, which may be viewed at accorvacationclub.com.au or provided as a paper copy free of charge upon request. One form of photo identification (driver’s licence or passport) is required for each attendee attending the preview. Guests must arrive at their designated meeting area at least 15 minutes prior to their scheduled preview time. The designated meeting area will be listed on your Booking confirmation and Reminder Email. Failure to do so may result in you authorising the Promoter to charge your nominated credit card the applicable nightly accommodation rate outlined in your Confirmation Letter.

Failure to Attend Session: As part of your promotional stay, all confirmed guests (including your spouse/partner, where applicable) are required to attend and complete the scheduled 90-minute session. If you and/or any confirmed guests fail to attend or complete the session, you authorise the Promoter to charge your nominated credit card the applicable nightly accommodation rate outlined in your Confirmation Letter.

Cooling-off period: A cooling off period of 10 business days from the first business day after the day on which you received these terms and conditions (Cooling-off Period) only applies to persons who have accepted the subsidised accommodation offer as a result of an unsolicited telemarketing call. The Cooling-off Period does not apply to persons who have accepted a subsidised accommodation offer by calling the Promoter (or its affiliates) or responding to electronic distribution marketing or emails. A 10-business-day cooling-off period applies only to new bookings provided the booking is not due to check in within 14 days. The cooling off period does not apply to bookings made using a voucher. Where applicable, cancellation during the cooling-off period must be made in writing to minivac.sp@accorvacationclub.com.au for a full refund of monies paid.

Booking Changes and Cancellations: Once the cooling-off period has ended, or where no cooling-off period applies, any date changes or cancellations made at least 14 days prior to check-in are subject to availability and will incur a AU$50.00 administration fee per change. Date changes or cancellations made within 14 days of check-in will incur a AU$300.00 administration fee per change. No-shows will be treated as cancellations. If you choose to cancel your confirmed booking and convert it back to a voucher, the voucher must be redeemed and travel completed within two (2) months from the date of cancellation. Any unused voucher will expire after this period and will not be eligible for refund, extension, credit, or exchange.

Escape Voucher Validity: Escape Vouchers are subject to availability. All stays must be booked and travelled by the Expiry Date listed on your Escape Voucher (unless otherwise specified). If the accommodation is not booked and fully utilised within the validity period stated on the Escape Voucher, the voucher will automatically expire and become void. Expired vouchers are not eligible for refund, extension, credit, exchange, or reissue.

Additional Details: The Accor Vacation Club reserves the right to amend or waive the Criteria at its discretion and without notice. Any variation to the Criteria will only apply to bookings made after the effective date of the variation.
