Please exercise caution whenever you receive emails to make sure they are genuine. Here are some additional cyber safety tips:

Check the email of the sender by clicking on the sender name to see if they match / look suspicious. Accor Vacation Club emails will usually come from emails in the following format: firstname.lastname@accorvacationclub.com.au or firstname.lastname@travelandleisure.com
If the request is unexpected, do not provide personal, sensitive or financial information by way of clicking on links / downloading attachments
Look out for wording with urgency to lure you or make you panic.
