Located on the border of the Kosciuszko National Park, Lake Crackenback Resort is a natural playground nestled in the Thredbo Valley surrounded by the spectacular Snowy Mountains. Guest Information
Reception: Open from 8.00am to 5.00pm daily and 8.00am to 6.00pm during Winter (close times may vary based on resort occupancy)
Please notify Member Reservations at time of booking if your check-in time will be after reception hours.
Check-in: from 3:00pm, Check-out: 10:00am
Car Parking: One complimentary car park per apartment.
Firewood: Provided free of charge from 2nd weekend of June to 1st Monday of October. Outside of this period, firewood can be purchased from Crackers General Store. All rooms are provided with newspaper and matches year round.
Free Resort Activities: 9 hole par 3 golf course, heated indoor swimming pool, fitness centre & sauna, archery, 25kms of mountain biking and bushwalking trails (hire cost apply for mountain bike), trout fishing in Lake Crackenback, 2.4km fitness tracks, canoeing (not available in Winter), low ropes course, trampolines, mountain bike skills course (hire cost apply for mountain bike), and tennis courts.
Tours and equipments hire available at Activate Centre located next to Reception. Activate Centre is open daily between 9am to 5pm.
Internet: One iMac in Reception for free use of the internet. The Alpine Larder and Cuisine Restaurant offers free wireless internet access using own devices.
Please note: Some apartments are only accessible by stairs.
