Members must book directly through the website using the promo code into the guest notes when booking online and will have the points awarded within 14 days of check-in, or with Member Services on the designated phone numbers – 1300761414 (AU) or 0800761414 (NZ). Eligible phone bookings will have the complimentary points awarded at the time of booking. The subsidised nights will be the least amount of points from the booking.
5. The cancellation fee of $55 will be waived if a member needs to cancel their booking due to unforeseen circumstances. Otherwise, all Club Regulations apply.
