Did you know your membership includes Cleaning Credits to help cover the cost of preparing your apartment for your stay?

In most cases, one Cleaning Credit is used for each booking of up to 7 nights. If you've used all your available credits, a cleaning fee may apply based on your apartment type:

• Studio: $125
• 1-bedroom: $182
• 2-bedroom: $240
• 3-bedroom: $282

Your Cleaning Credits are issued alongside your Annual Premier Points and expire on the same date as your points:

• Bronze, Silver, and Gold: 24 months
• Platinum, Traveller, and Diamond: 27 months

Your membership comes with complimentary cleaning services each Membership Year. The number is determined by your membership level:

• Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum: Up to two standard cleaning services per accommodation use at no additional cost.
• Traveller: Up to four standard cleaning services per Membership Year, plus two additional services for every 5,000 Premier Points above 10,000 annual points.
• Diamond: Up to eight standard cleaning services per Membership Year, plus two additional services for every 5,000 Premier Points above 20,000 annual points, all at no additional cost.

If you have used all your included cleaning services, additional cleaning can still be arranged, with the applicable cleaning fee charged upon booking.

The number of Cleaning Credits required depends on the length of your stay:

• 1 – 7 nights: 1 Cleaning Credit
• 8 – 14 nights: 2 Cleaning Credits (includes 1 mid-stay clean)
• 15 – 22 nights: 3 Cleaning Credits (includes 2 mid-stay cleans)
