New Inventory

Freshwater Point Resort Broadbeach, Accor Vacation Club Apartments
Four new apartments have been added
Four new apartments have been added to Freshwater Point Resort Broadbeach, Accor Vacation Club Apartments, taking the total number of club apartments at this popular location to 42.
The newly added apartments are:
2 x one-bedroom
• Sleeps four: one king and one fold-out sofa bed
• Full kitchen and laundry
2 x two-bedroom
• Sleeps six: one king, two singles, and one fold-out sofa bed
Set on the waterfront in Broadbeach, Freshwater Point Resort Broadbeach places you moments from the beach, shopping precincts, dining venues, and the vibrant atmosphere of the Gold Coast.
Back at the resort, you can unwind with a dip in the heated outdoor pool, relax in the spa, sauna, or steam room, stay active in the gym, or enjoy a barbecue with family and friends.
Refurbishment
Novotel Bali Nusa Dua
2-bedroom apartment
Take a sneak peek at what’s happening in Bali!
Soon, we’ll be announcing a refurbishment of club apartments at Novotel Bali Nusa Dua, Accor Vacation Club Apartments. Right now, our Property Development team is mocking up one 2-bedroom apartment to serve as a real-life model for the stylish makeover.
When finished, this apartment will feature a tropical design, refreshed interior and brand-new furnishings across the living area, gourmet kitchen and balcony. A new, comfortable king-size bed with curtains will make it easy to settle in and feel at home.
The transformation is set to be completed by the end of June and we look forward to debuting the room before rolling out a refurbishment over all club apartments next year.

A GAP Booking lets you book leftover nights between existing seven-night reservations at times where you’d usually have to book at least seven nights.
Depending on your membership tier, you can secure GAP Bookings up to 12 months in advance. Stays can range from 1 to 6 nights, as long as you book all available nights within the gap. It’s a great way to maximise your membership and enjoy an extra spontaneous escape.
You can easily book these stays yourself through the members’ e-Lounge. If you experience any issues, simply contact our Reservations team on 1300 76 14 14 (Option 1), and they will be happy to help!

Double Bookings
Some members may be aware of instances of double bookings that have occurred at a small number of Accor Vacation Club resorts throughout this year. This has stemmed from a legacy issue where dual key rooms were identified in our database as either a split or joined room.
When this has occurred, our team has successfully contacted affected members ahead of time and organised them alternative accommodation. Nevertheless, we apologise for any inconvenience and confusion this has caused and want to reassure members that the system error has been rectified for the long-term.
Our team has been identified a small number of remaining affected bookings and is contacting those members to arrange alternative accommodation.

Our recent Members’ Mingle brought members together over deli meats and cheese while soaking in the views of Darling Harbour. Great conversations and a relaxed atmosphere made it the perfect afternoon to make new friends and share memorable moments together.
Members’ Mingle takes place every Wednesday from 5 pm to 6 pm local time at participating club-managed resorts.
